In the 3 Geeks and a Law Blog session at the State Bar of Texas Annual Meeting, I thought I heard them say to beware of Google services including Gmail and Google documents because they claim an intellectual property right in everything you send, post or transmit using their applications. Now, I admit I could have misheard them, but since I have a Gmail account, it caused me some bit of concern.

Attending the State Bar of Texas Annual Meeting. A lot of good information regarding social media and adapting to new technology was shared. Pondering how it will affect legal practice in the years to come.
